Shipping & Handling

Orders are taken to the post office twice a week.

Canada:

$15USD flat rate shipping and handling via Canada Post.

USA:

$25USD flat rate shipping and handling via Canada Post / USPS.

International Shipping: 

BMKT will ship worldwide at the cost to the customer. However, if customs seizes a package during international shipping, BMKT will assume no responsibility. It is up to the buyer to understand their local knife laws.

Buyer is responsible for import fees and taxes for the destination county. BMKT will not misrepresent customs documents, change values, etc., upon the request of a customer. Customs documents are will be classified as “camping tool”.

Returns

Field Spec:
Orders may be returned up to 7 days after receiving the product. Product must be returned in new shape, with all contents of the order included (stickers, CoA cards, etc..). Once a return has been verified, a refund will be made for the original purchase amount, less shipping cost and 4% PayPal processing fee.

Handmade / Custom Knives:
Due to the handmade nature of the products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. The only exception is if there are manufacturing issues apparent upon receiving the product.
